In ancient Rome, a slave uprising occurs, with an army following close behind, led by Spartacus. The Romans form an army to attack them, and win. Since they can't tell which of the slaves is the infamous Spartacus, they force them to battle each other to the death, the victor being crucified.
Historical inaccuracies:
- Spartacus was not crucified. He lived on.
- They had some inaccuracies in the obtaining of supplies.
